This 45-minute class is designed to assist those ages 55+ with their activities of daily living. Using your own body weight and resistance bands, the workout will develop flexibility and core strength. Improved balance will prevent falls. Exercises can be done seated or standing depending upon your ability. Senior Fit meets on Fridays, March 16 – April 20, 9:00 – 9:45 a.m. The fee is $50 (Oakley residents) and $60 (non-residents) and pre-registration is required.
