Summer Camps


The City of Oakley Recreation Division offers a number of summer camps for children of all ages including Summer Blaze Day Camp, Youth CORE, LEGO Camp, Incrediflix and more. A full list of summer camps will be available in the Summer 2017 Recreation Guide.

Summer Blaze Day Camp

Ages: 6-11 years old

Time: 11am- 4pm
$11 per day or $50 for a five day punch card (punch cards are non-transferable and non-refundable)
Locations: Mondays at Shady Oak Park, Tuesdays at Novarina Park, Wednesdays at Shady Oak Park, Thursdays at Novarina Park, Fridays at Creekside Park.

Summer Blaze Day Camp is back! Join us for another fun-filled program with exciting new games, arts and crafts and your favorite water games! Come prepared to beat the heat with clothes that can get wet, a towel, sunscreen, water and a sack lunch. Youth CORE

Grades: 6th- 11th
Location: Oakley Recreation Buildings

Time: 9am- 4pm

Youth Committed to Ongoing Revitalization Efforts Program is designed for youth grades 6th to 11th. This provides youth the opportunity to help improve their community. Each morning begins with a community service activity followed by team building and recreational activities. Each participant must bring a bag lunch, sunscreen, water & clothes that can get wet. Participants have the opportunity to earn free trips on Fridays! Care is not provided for those who do not attend the trips.


LEGO Summer Camp

Age: 6-12 years old

Lego Summer Camp is the best place to create fun! Your Lego builder will love the endless tubs with a huge variety of Lego pieces! There will be extreme prizes will be awarded to contest winners, and each with the excitement. Snacks will be provided each day and campers of all skill levels are welcome.
