Senior Services
Senior Outreach Services mission is to maintain health and wellness safety nets so seniors can live at home in safety, in comfort, and with dignity. For more information or to volunteer call 925-708-6098 or 925-937-8311. 

Care Management
Care managers help seniors decide what services they need to remain as independent as possible.  Fee: Free.

CARES for Seniors
Licensed in home health care professionals.

Friendly Visitors Program
Friendly Visitors will visit you weekly to take you shopping, help with errands, or sit with a cup of tea and hear about your life's experiences.

Home Chores
This program is for seniors who need light housework, personal care, shopping, and yard work - all at a reasonable fee.

Generations On Line
Free Basic Internet Training for Seniors 55+
Individual attention and training on many basic functions - using a mouse, searching and using the internet, creating and email account and using it, communicating on the internet and more. Don't get left behind get ONline with your life!

This organization is dedicated to assist seniors and veterans interested in assisted living and receiving the benefits to help pay for their services and rent.

Antioch Elderly Wish Foundation (AEWF)
Founded in 1998 by Rebecca Crowder, in honor of her mother Elizabeth Baudino McWhorter, the organization serves terminally ill seniors over 60 in Contra Costa County.
