Facade & Signage Improvement

The Oakley Redevelopment Agency, in its efforts to eliminate blight in the Project Area, has created a means for the Agency to partner with existing business and property owners to accomplish mutual goals through implementation of the Facade and Signage Improvement Grant Program.

This program is designed to assist existing businesses by contributing financially to their efforts to improve existing building facades and exteriors, and to improve and bring into conformity with the City’s proposed new Sign Ordinance signage on those properties.

Applications for the Program are treated on a first come-first serve basis and are subject to available funds.  Applying for the grant does not gaurantee approval.  To be considered for future Facade and Signage Improvement Programs, please review and download the documents below.
