Affordable Housing

There are a lot of myths out there regarding affordable or workforce housing and its impact on property values,  infrastructure and services. We invite you to click on this twelve page report from the California Department of Housing and Community Development to understand the true impacts and responsibilities of each California community to provide housing at all economic levels.
