Did you know that youth spend on average $84 a week? Amounting to over $141 billion a year. Not only do we have this spending power but we also influence a majority of our parents purchases. 

 As part of the Youth Master Plan, the Oakley Youth Advisory Council would like to presernt an award to those businesses in the community that not only serve youth but are “Youth Friendly.”
