Frequently Asked Questions

When can I see the photo?

Based on the number of submissions we receive we will divide them up and every child will be assigned to a day. The email address that the parents use will be used to notify them on what day of the week they will be able to see their child. We cannot guarantee an exact time that the photo will be up but we make each group short enough that if the parent wants to take a photo of it in person that they will not have to wait more than 15 minutes.

Senior portraits are expensive, we didn’t pay for those photos. Why can’t I send a different photo?

You can. In the example it is not a senior portrait just a nice photo of a senior that shows their face. If there is a problem with your photo like watermark, glare, blurriness we will reach out directly.

I don’t have a Google Account to upload a photo, so can I not participate?

You can still participate, just email rec1@ci.oakley.ca.us  with the first and last name of your senior, the name of the High School they are graduating from and their photo attached.
