Applicants should be aware that upon appointment, an additional application and financial disclosure documents are required to be completed for the County which must be approved by the Board of Supervisors. Also, applicants may be required to participate in a sub-committee(s). For details, please contact Area Agency on Aging (AAA) Senior Staff Representative Anthony Maciasat (925) 602-4175.
