All completed applications with supplemental documents will be screened by Human Resources. Further screening for interview candidates is provided by the director of the hiring department or supervisory staff. If selected for an interview, the Human Resources Department will contact the applicant directly within two weeks of the recruitment deadline. The City of Oakley reserves the right to test an applicant in any manner to determine eligibility. The recruitment process may include:

- Panel Interview
- Written Questionnaire

Applicants considered for job offer will be subject to LiveScan fingerprinting, pre-employment physical and background checks based on the position being offered.
