For ages 18 and up. In this Gentle Yoga class, we will explore restorative poses to calm and soothe the body. Through breath and the postures, practitioners will stretch the body and relax the mind. This is a class for all levels and all bodies. Yoga and mindfulness are known to alleviate stress, strengthen the body, improve flexibility and contribute to well-being. Don’t forget to bring your yoga mat!
