Wherever you are on your fitness journey, the MAX Fit community is there to support you. All fitness levels are welcome in our 30-minute, go-at-your-own-pace classes. We use interval training, kickboxing, and bodyweight exercises to burn calories and build strength. Our well-trained instructors build a community of support and motivation to help you reach that next level of fitness. Beginners are always welcome. Come start your journey today. This class meets Tuesdays and Thursdays.
