This 45-minute class is designed to assist those ages 55+ with their activities of daily living. Using your won body weight and resistance bands, the workout will develop flexibility and core strength. Improved balance will prevent falls. Exercises can be done seated or standing depending upon your ability. Senior Fit meets on Fridays, February 2 – March 9, 9:00 – 9:45 a.m. The fee is $50 (Oakley residents) and $60 (non-residents) and pre-registration is required.
