Skyhawks Basketball

Age: 6-8 years old

This fun, skill-intensive program is designed for beginning to intermediate players looking to take the next step in basketball. Participants learn the fundamentals of dribbling, passing, shooting, rebounding, and defense, in addition to the rules, strategies, and play-calls of the game. Our age-appropriate drills and games teach young athletes skill development in addition to vital life lessons including leadership, teamwork, and sportsmanship. All participants receive a Skyhawks Basketball! Class meets every Wednesday from February 13th to March 13th at 2:00-3:00 pm.

Age: 8-12 years old

This fun and popular, skill intensive program is designed for those who have either participated in Skyhawks Basketball class before or have prior playing experience. Participants will spend the first half of class practicing the fundamentals of dribbling, passing, shooting, rebounding, and defense, in addition to the rules, strategies, and play-calls of the game. Our age-appropriate drills and games teach young athletes skill development in addition to vital life lessons including leadership, teamwork, and sportsmanship. In the second half of class we put skills learned along with sportsmanship and teamwork when we break into teams giving participants a chance to show off the skills of the day in some full court games! All participants receive a Skyhawks Basketball! Class meets every Wednesday from February 13th to March 13th at 3:05-4:05 pm.
