Life is full of stress and pressure. The MAX Academy of Martial Arts Teen and Adult program gives people the tools they need to navigate the challenges of life, while simultaneously giving them a place where they are accepted. MAX Teens and Adults are a part of a community. They learn how to protect themselves with practical skills which instill confidence. The MAX program teaches Teens and Adults to believe in themselves, set goals, work hard, and stand up for themselves and others. MAX impresses the value of respect, the power of self-discipline and determination, and the importance of physical and mental fitness. The MAX Community will give you the tools they need to be successful in life. Join today. This class meets Tuesdays and Thursdays.
