The year-long celebration of Oakley’s incorporation as a city began at the Oakley Library on Wednesday, January 16th at 6:30 p.m. with a storytime led by Mayor Claire Alaura and Oakley’s first mayor Pat Anderson, followed by a community art project. For more information click here.
