The City of Oakley is the “Place for Families in the Heart of the Delta”. Oakley offers a high quality of life for residents. The first rate educational system, reasonably priced housing, low crime rates, recreation opportunities, wide open spaces and numerous city parks, make Oakley a great place to live – not to mention it is centrally located to the Bay Area and Sacramento regions.

We are very proud that the City contains a variety of homes including senior housing, and affordable housing. If you have a dispute with a tenant or landlord contact the Contra Costa County Housing Services Collaborative at 925-219-3325.
