The City of Oakley is the “Place for Families in the Heart of the Delta”. Oakley offers a high quality of life for residents. The first rate educational system, reasonably priced housing, low crime rates, recreation opportunities, wide open spaces and numerous city parks, make Oakley a great place to live – not to mention it is centrally located to the Bay Area and Sacramento regions.

We are very proud that the City contains a variety of homes including senior housing, and affordable housing. If you have a dispute with a tenant or landlord contact the Contra Costa County Housing Services Collaborative at 925-219-3325.

The Fair Housing Act, Title VIII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968, as amended, prohibits discrimination in the sale, rental, and financing of dwellings, and in other housing-related transactions, based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status (including children under the age of 18 living with parents or legal custodians, pregnant women, and people securing custody of children under the age of 18), and handicap (disability).  For more information on Fair Housing click here.
