Derek Cole, through his firm, Cole Huber LLP, acts as City Attorney for City of Oakley. Derek also serves as General Counsel to the Successor Agency. He specializes in municipal and environmental law and was admitted to the California Bar in 1999 after graduating from University of Pacific‐McGeorge School of Law.
Elizabeth Fratarcangeli is an associate attorney in the firm’s Roseville Office. Ms. Fratarcangeli received her Juris Doctor in 2015 from Valparaiso University School of Law, graduating with honors and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Loyola Marymount University in 2011, where she was on the Dean’s List. During her undergraduate studies, Ms. Fratarcangeli worked as a guest relations executive manager for the Starwood Hotel Group.
