Meet the City Clerk

CITY CLERK

Libby Vreonis was welcomed onto the City Staff in 2008. She divides her time between City Clerk duties and serving as a Paralegal in the City Attorney’s Office. She holds degrees from U.C. Berkeley, John F. Kennedy University School of Law and Golden Gate University School of Law.

CITY CLERK STAFF

Kim Carmody was also welcomed onto the City Staff in 2008. She serves the community as the Records Management Clerk and as a Passport Acceptance Agent. She is currently working toward a Municipal Clerk Certificate through San Joaquin Delta College.

Diana Kerr joined the City of Oakley in 2015. She is a receptionist and Passport Acceptance Agent. She brings many years of knowledge and experience in customer service to the City of Oakley.

Alicia Cauthen joined the City of Oakley in 2019. She is the afternoon receptionist and also serves as a Passport Acceptance Agent. She graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno where she acquired degrees in Psychology and Sociology. She is excited to work with the City of Oakley!
