Meet the City Clerk


Libby Vreonis was welcomed onto the City Staff in 2008. She divides her time between City Clerk duties and serving as a Paralegal in the City Attorney’s Office. She holds degrees from U.C. Berkeley, John F. Kennedy University School of Law and Golden Gate University School of Law.


Kim Snodgrass was also welcomed onto the City Staff in 2008. She serves the community as the Deputy City Clerk. She recently completed the Municipal Clerk Certificate program through San Joaquin Delta College and is currently working towards her CMC designation.

Diana Kerr joined the City of Oakley in 2015. She is an Office Assistant and Passport Acceptance Agent. She brings many years of knowledge and experience in customer service to the City of Oakley.
