New Residential Development
In addition to commercial development, construction of new residential homes is back underway with the upturn in the economy. There are over 5,000 entitled residential lots in Oakley. Oakley has several retail areas located throughout the community that attract local shoppers. The City has over 400,000 square feet of retail development with major retail centers including Cypress Square, Oakley Town Center and Oakley Plaza.
