For ages 16+
Join us for an hour incorporating cardio, strength training and conditioning through a high intensity program. We will learn body weight exercises in a circuit-like format that you can do anywhere with no equipment needed. A body weight boot camp is a total body work out with benefits including aerobic conditioning, increased strength and a general sense of well-being and pride. Give yourself morale with a new workout in a supportive group setting. Come build some strength, endurance, and confidence! Don’t forget to bring a yoga mat!
