WHAT: Family Registration Information
WHEN: Saturday Nov. 5th, 12th, and 19 th
10:00 am to 1:00 pm
*NOTE: When we reach our maximum # of families we will close registration

WHO: Oakley/Bethel Island families in need of assistance will receive a holiday meal of fresh and non-perishable food as well as a gift for each child through the age of 17.
HOW: This year we are doing drive-through registration – you must remain in the car!
Please bring a photo ID and a current utility bill to verify that you live in Oakley/Bethel Island.
One family meal will be provided per residence. If your registration is determined to be a duplicate with another service provider or invalid for any reason, your registration will be voided.
Registration will close at 1 pm on November 19 th or earlier if we reach our maximum.
Christmas baskets will be distributed on Sunday, December 11 th at Flor do Oakley, 520 2nd Street, Oakley at the time specified on your registration form. You may not arrive prior to your scheduled pick-up time.
