Join us for a Gentle Yoga class! We will explore restorative poses to calm and soothe the body. Through breath and the postures, practitioners will stretch the body and relax the mind. A class for all levels and all bodies. Yoga and mindfulness are known to alleviate stress, strengthen the body, improve flexibility and contribute to well-being. Don’t forget to bring your yoga mat!
