For ages 18 and up. For the seasoned yoga practitioner or workout enthusiast, this mid level yoga class will challenge and strengthen your mind and body. We will practice breathing techniques, balance and postures to build stamina and strength. These classes will be vinyasa (flow) based with variations to engage awareness and physically work the entire body. Bring a mat and any props you have- blocks, yoga strap, etc.
