Leadership Academy
The Leadership Academy is a free, interactive civic education program for Oakley residents interested in becoming better acquainted with the City’s operations and processes. The purpose of the program is to provide an interesting perspective into the workings of Oakley, to develop civic leadership, and to build a stronger community through well-informed and engaged residents.

Oakley OnDemand
Report a problem or make a service request on the go from the convenience of your smart phone.  Report online through our website now or use your phone. The request is automatically routed to appropriate City staff. Residents can then track their requests and provide feedback on the service they receive.

City Council meetings are typically held on the second and fourth Tuesdays beginning at 6:30 p.m. If you are unable to attend, you can watch a video of the meeting within 48 hours of the meeting being held.
