A small business Lunch & Learn workshop series
Owning and growing a small business requires hard work and dedication. Small business owners wear many hats and often struggle to acquire all of the skills they need to be effective in all aspects of managing and growing their business. One area of need is the online and social media presence of the business. Many business owners don’t have the time or the skill set to set this up or manage it effectively.
This series of four workshops is designed for small business owners to learn about how their online presence and social media can increase sales and grow their business. The series is set up to apply to the business owner that is just starting out or learning about a website and social media, to the business owner that is well versed but wants to convert more “likes” to sales.

About the Presenter
This workshop series is presented in partnership with Los Medanos College and Ms. Christina Johnson
Christina Johnson, MBA, SPHR
Christina Johnson is an award-winning Lecturer and Business leader who has a passion for business and education. She is highly enthusiastic and motivated by the impact she makes helping entrepreneurs and students while bridging the two worlds of business and education together.
Christina’s passion for entrepreneurship, business financing and helping entrepreneurs succeed led her to work with the SBDC as well as other entrepreneurial and small business organizations where she has helped achieve millions of dollars in economic impact in our communities.
Christina has won several awards for her work in helping Entrepreneurs gain financing, including the World of Difference award for two years by Safe Bidco. In 2016, Christina began working with Los Medanos College and the Workforce Development Office to help small businesses thrive in Oakley, Antioch, Brentwood and Pittsburg and all of Contra Costa County.
Christina is also a serial entrepreneur herself, starting and exiting several ventures. She is currently working on a new venture in the health and fitness industry. Christina graduated from San Jose State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a MBA.
