New Residential Development

In addition to commercial development, construction of new residential homes is back underway with the upturn in the economy. There are over 5,000 entitled residential lots in Oakley. Over 200 new homes were built in 2020.

Oakley has several retail areas located throughout the community that attract local shoppers.
